The manufacturing process begins by selecting the high-quality wood blocks. Next we crush them into small pieces and mix them with chemicals. These chemicals separate the cellulose fibers from lignin. The cellulose fiber is the main thing we need. Cellulose fibers are then passed through rollers to make custom printed kraft paper rolls. We then apply a special coating of wax, silicone, or PE depending upon our client needs. Next we print them with your designs and cut them according to your provided sizes. Then these sheets are moved from our production facility to the quality assurance department. Our quality assurance team checks each sheet & rolls manually.
