Return Policy

At Food Paper Store, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We endeavor to manage all return and refund requests in an equitable and transparent manner, and we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you receive a defective product, please inform us within two business days of acquiring it so that we can promptly resolve the issue.

In order to be eligible for a reprint, the order must be returned to us via mail within 10 days of its receipt. Upon receipt and examination of the returned product, we will proceed with the reprint, which typically requires approximately 10 business days for volume orders. Upon request, expedited reprints are available for an additional charge.

Returns are permitted for non-defective products within ten days of delivery, provided that the items are in their original, inactive condition and packaging. Nevertheless, it is important to mention that the consumer will be responsible for the cost of any reproductions or replacements for non-defective products.

Refund Policy

Food Paper Store provides partial reimbursements of the product price for returned items. Because our products are custom-made, we retain 99% of the product price, as the order production process commences only after client approval is obtained. This is the reason we do not offer complete refunds or recompense for any orders that have been delivered.

Simply provide us with your order number and a comprehensive explanation of the problem, and our team will assist you in the return process. After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within three business days.
